Required Qualifications

For Reference No. 1/082/083 – Information Technology Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a 3-year Bachelor’s degree majoring in Computer Science or a Bachelor’s degree in Science – along with at least 9 months diploma in System Analysis, Design and Software Development from a recognized institution – or a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized educational institution in Computer or Information and Communications Technologies or an equivalent subject, including – BIT, BIM, BBIS, BCA, BCIS, BEIT, BSc IT, BSc CSIT.

For Reference No. 2/082/083 – Public Health Officer

At least a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council.

For Reference No. 3/082/083 – Veterinary Officer

Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (Veterinary Officer) from a recognized university or educational institution, such as B.V.Sc. & A.H. or B.V.Sc. or equivalent and registered with the Nepal Veterinary Council.

For Reference No. 4/082/083 – Assistant (Data Collector)

Passed Grade 12 or equivalent with basic computer training.

Selection Process

Information Technology Officer: Written examination, practical examination and oral interview.

Public Health Officer, Veterinary Officer and Assistant (Data Enumerator): Written examination and oral Interview.

Syllabus

Remuneration/Salary

As per the implementation guidelines of the mentioned program, remuneration will be equivalent to the initial salary scale of the respective level.

For Data Collator

• Nrs.75 per household for data collection.
• Nrs.125 for every 10 households surveyed.
• Nrs.1000 per month for telephone service.
• Other food allowance.

• Nepali citizenship certificate
• Academic qualification certificates
• Training certificates
• Registration certificate from the relevant council (if applicable)
• Two passport-size photographs

Contract Period

Until the end of Ashad 2083 (Mid-July 2026)-The contract may be renewed if the program continues.
